The offer and the sale of products on our maxlemari.com website are subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Products purchased on maxlemari.com are sold by Calzaturificio Lovito di Donato Lovito, VAT number IT059841204848 based in via Temistocle Pace 39, 50035 Lamporecchio, Pistoia, Italy.
This website is not intended for persons under the age of eighteen (18) years (or the age of majority of the individual’s relevant country). If you are under this age, please do not purchase goods from this website.
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT and shipping costs for the United Kingdom and European Union countries, and inclusive of all local taxes, import duties and shipping costs for the United States. No additional fee will be required upon delivery.
All payment transactions are inclusive of VAT for all EU member States and local taxes and import duties for the USA. No extra payment will be required upon delivery.
Orders shipped to Japan, China, Malaysia, South Korea, Singapore and Australia may occur in extra fees upon delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check that all details and shipping/invoicing addresses are correct before submitting the order. In case of errors please contact us as soon as possible.
Your Right To Return An Order
Max Lemari guarantess a full refund with the exception of import duties and local taxes. You can return a product to Max Lemari within 15 days of receiving your order. The refund will be issued within 10 days upon receiving the returned product.
The following items can not be returned:
– personalized products
– products purchased for professional and/or commercial use
– products returned without warranty seal
Products returned without warranty seal, used or incomplete will not be refunded.
The return shall be paid by the customer who is fully responsible. For this reason Max Lemari suggests to use a tracked shipping system.
Max Lemari reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and to return them to sender. If an unauthorized return is accepted, an administrative/re-stocking fee will be charged or the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
To ensure our costumers pay the best possible price, many products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to the costumer.
However, we also warrant that these same terms of sale and withdrawal rights apply to all purchased products regardless of the brand they purchase. Max Lemari customer service will also be available for all products regardless of the brand you purchased.
If the parcel is damaged upon delivery the customer should contact Max Lemari within 48 hours of the delivery.
All products for sale on Max Lemari are guaranteed 24 months from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage due to normal wear, accident, abuse or normal color loss and wear of materials. Luggage damage incurred during airline handling is not covered by this warranty, and claims in such cases should be made directly with the airline.
Max Lemari reserves the right to charge the customer any costs incurred for product verification and shipment of the same if it is undamaged and functioning, that is, it is missing the alleged lack of conformity.
The customer should check that the products received correspond to those ordered. If the products delivered are defective the customer should notify Max Lemari within 48 hours upon delivery providing pictures of the defects found at the following email address: email@example.com
